My interest in photography began in 1986, when my first "on the road" VHS taping was aired on 9 & 10 News. The Mancelona Chamber of Commerce was sponsoring the annual Buck Pole contest, so I brought the camera along and took some videos. That night, my videos aired on 9 & 10 News.
Although I still take digital video, my focus has been more on digital still photography. As a freelance photographer, I have represented several newspapers and two television stations, oftentimes shooting fires and accident scenes for investigation purposes.
Thanks to a great friend that has significant photography experience, I'm learning interesting techniques to implement in various applications, such as snowmobile drag racing, sports, school and other events.
My enthusiasm to learn more about photography is as high as the stars!
